Focus
Worship. Community. Mission.
Each week on a Thursday evening – 7.15 in the church building on Lime Walk – we gather for a meal and we dive into God’s Word together in small groups! We get stuck into a Bible passage, studying His Word and spending time with one another.
Some weeks we’ll have a topical talk too, and other weeks we’ll hear from someone in church family as part of our ‘Real Life Stories’ series. A couple of times a year, we run events to give our friends the chance to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Getaways
Student Winter Getaway
Just before the second Oxford Brookes semester starts, we disappear off to the countryside for five days in January. We spend time together in God’s word, getting stuck in with some seminars, mulling things over in review groups, and enjoying God’s creation in afternoon activities (and in the bountiful provisions of tea and cake)!
Every year it’s a highlight of the church calendar, and every year students come away saying how much they have delighted in getting to know Jesus and others more!

We are a group of students who want to know what Christianity is all about. Made up of mostly international students who have come to the UK to study, this group is open to everyone: whether you are a Christian, someone who has no religion, or someone who follows another religion.
Each week we meet and eat a meal together, play games, and look at what the Bible says Christianity is all about. It’s a really encouraging time of friendship and fun. You are welcome if you are interested in finding out about Christianity, or if you just want to make some friends whilst in Oxford.
