St Ebbe's Headington
Weekend Away 2022
We’d love you to join us on our church weekend away!
There’s nothing like a weekend away for accelerating friendships, and really digging into scripture. After such a unusual couple of years it will be brilliant to get together to learn and grow together. We understand that some people may be cautious about the idea of a weekend away; please be reassured that we will do all we can to make it Covid-safe.
11-13 March 2022
Everyone at St Ebbe’s Headington. Younger, older, married, children, single, retired, student, unemployed, working….
We’re looking forward to a weekend where we enjoy growing in friendship and fellowship, have lots of fun, and grow in love and knowledge of Jesus.
Our main talks will be on some of the Psalms. Phil Moon from Bishop Hannington Church in Hove will be joining us to talk us through these Psalms. Watch the video below to hear from him.
We’ll have children’s and HeadsUp groups during the main sessions, as well as some extra fun activities for them.
Whether you like the buzz and excitement of a big group of people and lots going on all the time, or if you prefer quieter spaces to chat, read or nap there will be options for all.
All meals are provided and dietary requirements catered for. We all eat together in the centre’s dining room.
Accommodation is in rooms of between 2 and 7 beds. All rooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms. Rooms are gathered in ‘lodges’, connected to the main centre by ‘lodge lounges’. Each lodge lounge is equipped with a kitchenette and TV and DVD facilities. We will also have access to the Sports Hall.

We will also offer a refund if anyone is unable to attend due to a legal requirement to self-isolate with Covid.
We absolutely don’t want the price to stop anyone from coming. Please chat to either Al Horn or Paul Bolton about this. Others in the church family love to give to enable everyone to be there.
