We take the safeguarding and care of children, young people, victims of domestic abuse and vulnerable adults very seriously.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999 immediately.
We take the safeguarding and care of children, young people, victims of domestic abuse and vulnerable adults very seriously. We are committed to the care, nurture of, and respectful pastoral ministry with, all children and adults when they are vulnerable. We work hard to ensure that we operate in line with current best practice as recommended by the Oxford Diocese.
These recommendations include areas such as day-to-day care, recruitment of staff/volunteers, DBS clearance and training.
St Ebbe's Headington is governed by the PCC of St Ebbe's Oxford. The PCC has adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practice on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website. Please also see the PCC's own Safeguarding Policy, which you can download below.
