At St Ebbe’s Headington, we’re a church family and want to take seriously our responsibility to care for one another.
None of us are called to follow Christ on our own but as part of a loving community of mutual support. So we encourage all who are able to be part of a small group, where we can live out that calling together. As we meet with God together around his word, we have the opportunity to listen and to speak, to love and to be loved, to give and to receive. In addition, there may be times and situations where it’s wise to involve others in the church family or to seek more specialised help. If you’re not sure who to talk to, you could approach your small group leader or a staff member, or fill in this form to request a pastoral conversation.
We also run occasional courses and evenings on bereavement, marriage, parenting and other pastoral issues.
