Inventors Academy 22-25 August 2023
Join us this August for four days of action-packed science-based fun and learning. We’ll be setting up our very own laboratory to investigate some of the big questions about life, the universe and everything! There’ll be dazzling drama, exciting experiments, quirky quizzes, crazy competitions, cool crafts and awesome activities. Plus a whistle-stop tour through the storyline of the whole Bible. Daily timetable
10am – Registration and team-time
10.15am – Welcome and silly stretches
10.20am – Team challenge
10.40am – Sketch
10.50am – Music and talk
11.05am – Snack and team-time
11.30am – Craft
12pm – Lunch
12.30pm – Movie
1pm – Afternoon activity
2.30pm – Sketch, recap and results
3pm – Collection
Cost
£30 per child, inclusive of snack, craft materials and all activities. Free tickets are available for those who would otherwise not be able to come. Children will need to bring a packed lunch each day.
Leaders
The club will be led by Paul Bolton and Beth Petersen, together with a team of safely recruited, DBS-checked adult volunteers. Teenagers from our youth group, Heads Up, will also be helping out behind-the-scenes over the week.
